Wineries run from North Island to South Island

Auckland is the City of Sails with it's magnificent harbor but New Zealand is historically white wine country with it's wineries scattered from the North Island to the South Island and vineyards grow both red and white grapes.  The famous New Zealand wines include Riesling, Chardonnay, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Syrah as well as Gimblett.

It's the end of Summer in New Zealand and Australia

I am told, it's still quite warm in Auckland and Sydney BUT you can still shop for winter gear: https://amzn.to/4tksYvU
